Orders
Orders will ship within 4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). If a product has a longer lead-time, or is custom made, this will be noted on the product page when you "Add to Cart". Please do take the time to read all the product descriptions. A small 'Terms of Order' link is available at checkout.
Payment
- The shop accepts Paypal as payment, credit card through Paypal, and Google Checkout.
- In the event that you'd like to not use Paypal, the shop will setup payment through Google Checkout. Please contact the shop to receive an invoice you can use to pay for your goodies.
Shipping
-Shipping costs for US & international countries all over the world are calculated at checkout through Paypal.
- Feel free to contact the shop if there are any shipping concerns (post office isn't nice to you, you want the card for an event that's coming up soon, etc) BEFORE placing an order.
- Orders get shipped to the shipping address that was used at check out.
- All the orders are packaged very carefully, rigid, between sturdy layers of cardboard or boxed.
- All orders are sent First Class Domestic with USPS delivery confirmation within the United States. An email is sent when your order is shipped with your shipping information - if you have not received this information, please check your spam folder and/or contact the shop - click here.
- Shipping within the USA with First Class Domestic USPS is typically 2 to 7 business days from NYC. In the event that USPS mismanages the package - it can sometimes take 3 weeks to arrive. The orders ship from NYC.
- I happily ship to international countries, but certain countries include a mandatory shipping insurance fee! Please consider insurance though when ordering outside the United States.
- Shipping insurance is valid for 90 days. Please contact the shop if you have not received your order and have bought shipping insurance with your order.
- I currently can not track or refund packages going out of the United States.
- Feel free also to contact the shop - to customize other shipping options that are available (Fedex, UPS, Priority Mail, Signature Confirmation, etc).
* All International orders are no longer guaranteed for holiday delivery.
* Contact the shop if you are placing an international order outside the U.S.A and would like a faster shipping option. Please note that quicker international shipping costs usually start at around $23.00 USD extra, but can be more/less depending on country.
Insurance
- Shipping insurance covers $100 and costs only $1.25 USD for packages in the United States, and $2.50 USD for international orders. Please add insurance to your cart as a product item.
-In the event a package is lost or never delivered but insurance was bought, please contact the shop so an insurance claim can be submitted for your package. Shipping insurance is valid for only 90 days.
Refunds
Please be aware of the refund policy for my shop before ordering. They can greatly effect your satisfaction and overall happy face if something happens to go wrong. Rarely packages do get lost in the mail, but 98% arrive quickly and safely.
Within the United States:
All orders are shipped using USPS First Class Domestic Rate with Delivery Confirmation. An email is sent out with this information once the order has been shipped. Delivery Confirmation allows both the shop and buyer to confirm the delivery or location of the package. Refunds are based on the 'Delivery Confirmation' status of the package.
If the package is declared "Delivered" - the package has been delivered. Please ask others in your home, neighbors, and postal carrier if they have seen the package. No refund shall be given.
If the package is declared "Arrived at Unit" - the package has not been delivered. It is at your local post office. If "Arrived at Unit" is more than 3 days, print out the delivery confirmation information and go to your local office and ask for the package. They have to find it for you. No refund shall be given otherwise.
If the package reads as in transit, the package is stuck in the large and confusing organs of USPS. After 15 business days (3 weeks) of shipment date, if the package has not dislodged itself and arrived/changed status it is safe to say the package was lost by USPS. You will received a refund for the order.
***Please consider shipping insurance, signature confirmation and/or priority mail for your order if you have any concerns about your package arriving safely and more importantly on time.
Outside the United States:
All orders are shipped using USPS First Class International. I currently can not track packages going out of the United States using this rate. Packages outside the United States can take up to 6 weeks to arrive. If the package does not arrive to it's destination and there was no shipping insurance, no refund will be given.
***Please consider shipping insurance, tracking and/or priority mail for your order if you have any concerns about your package arriving safely and more importantly on time.
Returns
Items may be returned within 7 days. Please contact the shop to receive authorization and directions on shipping the item back to the shop. Items must be shipped back via method comparable to USPS First Class / Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Any returned item will need to be unused and in resale mint condition for a full refund, less shipping and handling charges (unless the item is defective).
Additional Policies and FAQs
Can you customize one of your cards/puppets for me?
The shop currently and sadly can not do custom orders / commissions for any puppets or cards.
Do you do any wholesale?

Can I get 100-some-cards for my wedding?
The shop currently and sadly can not accept extremely large orders. The only card available for events is the Golden Ticket card.
Can I substitute a card ordered for another card I've seen elsewhere?
The shop does not offer order substitutions. Please do not order one card/puppet and then ask for a different one because it was not stocked in the shop. Please contact the shop beforehand if you do not see something in stock.

How are the cards made?
Each card and paper puppet is handmade. All of the printing is done within the USA.
